Prepayment is requested from all out of state clients for initial service with us. Once we have an established business relationship, all billing options are available.
We offer local Process Service in Polk, Dallas, and surrounding counties. Extended, statewide, Process Service in all 99 counties in Iowa and nationwide Process Service in all 50 states.
Locally and Nationwide, we offer unlimited attempts at the address provided with no mileage, notary, or per attempt charges. Free basic skip tracing, prompt pick up and return of documents, auto email upon completion, and 24/7 access to your files online are just a few of the additional services we provide at no additional cost.
We are equipped to work with the solo practitioner as well as the largest of firms. Emailed and faxed documents accepted. We strive to provide friendly, personalized service to each and every customer.
